Operative Dentistry

Introduction

The department of Operative Dentistry at Dental College HITEC IMS is one of its kinds, the state of the art facility located in Taxila.

The department is fully committed to patient care, student’s education, and services to the community. The department is fully equipped with all the recent equipment utilized in the department of Operative Dentistry.

It comprises of the 21 units fully equipped Operative Dentistry clinic with 5 unit Pediatric dentistry clinic which offers its services in all aspects of Restorative, Endodontic and Pediatric Dentistry. There is also a 15 table phantom head lab in the skills lab for students in the college.

There are also 15 Phantom heads simulators in the skill lab for students.

Mission

To educate dental students with our best available evidence to achieve and maintain optimal patients oral health, comfort, function, and ethics through risk based diagnosis, prevention and peserving management of Carious and non-carious diseases and disorder of teeth.
