PBL workshop

PBL Workshop by Department of Dental Education

A faculty development workshop was conducted by the Department of Dental Education on ‘Problem-based learning’ (PBL) for all departments, on 7th June 2022 at Dental College HITEC-IMS. It was chaired by the Principal Dental college, Prof. Dr. Irfan Shah.

The objective of the workshop was to prepare the faculty for effective implementation of PBL as a teaching modality. Roleplay was done by volunteers based on internationally accepted PBL scenarios. As a part of the workshop, participants were requested to discuss and perform a PBL session in groups.

Heads of Department (HODs) of all departments of the dental college were in attendance.
