Oral health awareness Lecture was Conducted by HITEC-IMS Dental College.

Raising awareness about oral health is not merely a matter of bright smiles but a crucial element in maintaining overall wellbeing. Through education and early intervention we empower the youngest members of our community to make informed choices about their oral health. In line with this aim an oral health awareness lecture was conducted by HITEC-IMS Dental College.

The lecture was conducted on 7^th November 2023 in Nova City school, Wah Cant. The main aim was to enlighten the students about the significance of oral health, common oral health problems and their causes and the adoption of proper oral hygiene practices. Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of regular dental checkups.

Dr. Maria Rabbani, from Community Dentistry department, delivered an informative presentation on oral health and hygiene. The students were actively engaged in the lecture. Practical demonstrations illustrating the proper methods of tooth brushing and flossing were provided. The lecture concluded with a productive question and answer session to seek clarification on various aspects of oral health. The lecture received a positive feedback and had a clear impact on awareness and knowledge of dental health among students.
