AO College is a cross specialty (Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery and Spine Surgery) education program for young and highly motivated surgeons based in Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) region. This fully immersive online educational program includes online seminars on surgical topics, interactive case discussions, professional development, and research training.
Principal Dental College, Prof. Dr. Irfan Shah was invited as faculty for the online seminar on research training on 28 July 2023. The research module covered basic principles of clinical research. The main emphasis of the online session was formulating structured research questions and selecting appropriate study design for different research projects. Prof. Dr. Irfan Shah led and facilitated the Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery group during the seminar.
Prof. Irfan Shah has the honor of representing Pakistan and Dental College on several international forums both face-to-face and online.
