Physical education is an integral part of the education system. It helps in the attainment of the aim of education i.e. the achievement of holistic development. Games and sports play a vital role in a student’s life. The students should not only study hard to be successful in competitive examinations they should also be actively involved in games and sports to enjoy health and vigour of life. Study or work alone is exhaustive which results in reducing the efficiency to do work thus sports and physical activities remove the mental exhaustion.
