A specialized workshop on the Interpretation of Computerized Tomography (CT) Scan – Head & Neck was conducted at Dental College HITEC-IMS by Oral Medicine department. Dr. Rabia Waseem, HOD radiology department was the guest speaker. This workshop was aimed to familiarize attendees with the advanced imaging techniques.
A detailed scientific session followed, where key aspects of CT scan interpretation were discussed. The principles of CT imaging and contrast use was held. Identification and diagnosis of various pathologies like tumors, infections, vascular anomalies, and traumatic injuries were demonstrated.
Feedback was collected, allowing participants to share their experiences and suggestions for future sessions.
