Memorandum of Understanding between Dental college HITEC-IMS and Khyber College of Dentistry

An MOU was entered into on the 17^th of March between the DC HITEC-IMS .This Memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between the Dental College,Taxila  and Khyber College of Dentistry (KCD) Peshawar, to foster cooperation between the two colleges. This will benefit the two institutions for sharing Academic, Clinical and Research expertise , offering the students opportunities for short duration electives undergraduate and postgraduate clinical rotations ,faculty exchange for expert dialogue, exchange of examiners and extending co-operation for organising seminars, symposiums, and workshops.

The MOU was signed in the conference room where the Dean KCD Prof. Dr Syed Nasir Shah and Principal DC HITEC Prof Dr Irfan Shah in the presence of Associate Dean PG Prof. Muslim Khan, Associate Dean Research Assoc prof. Dr.Basheer Rehman and Associate Dean UG Assoc. Prof Dr. Samreen Muhammad from KCD  and Deans of various public and private dental colleges from Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

The overall goal is the improvement of our educational offerings and ultimately improved educational and clinical outcomes.

This MOU could also work as a foundation for additional cooperation and facilitation in future. Dr Irfan Shah thanked the Dean KCD for paying visit and signing the MOU.
